Acts 2:42-47
The Fellowship of the Believers 42They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. 43Everyone was filled with awe, and many wonders and miraculous signs were done by the apostles. 44All the believers were together and had everything in common. 45Selling their possessions and goods, they gave to anyone as he had need. 46Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, 47praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.

Nobody should go through life
alone. At True North Church we think everyone should
have a few close friends to journey with. That's why we
make our 242 Community Groups an essential part of who we are as
a church community. We believe that experiencing life
together with others, in the context of a loving and
encouraging environment, can be just as important as
participating in a Sunday worship service.
A
242 Community Group is made of approximately 10 people with whom
you can share your life, study the Bible, pray together,
and learn to love as you journey together.
Our
goal at True North is to have groups that are
connected by geographic region or neighborhood. We
believe that this provides the best opportunity to be
available to one another and help one another.
At True North we believe that people were designed by God to live in relationship with others. We think that having friends is a necessity in life and that something special can happen in the context of Christian community that can't happen anywhere else. Here are some messages that we hope to be shouting out as we are in this process of becoming the people God has planned for us to be.
